Completed in 2008, this 975 foot tall 1,250,000 square foot building is the tallest building in Pennsylvania. As a subcontractor to the L F Driscoll Company,Gordon Group was responsible for the core and shell normal and emergency power distribution throughout the building, along with power and metering to all mechanical and architectural equipment.

Completed in 2005 this 29-story 732,000 square-foot building was designed by Cesar Pelli. The Gordon Group was responsible for temporary and permanent Power distribution throughout the building… grounding and lightning protection… lighting and power in all common areas… and tenant fit-out for 15 floors. We were a subcontractor to Turner Construction Company.

Glaxo Smith Kline
Completed in 2013 this is a four-story 208,000 square-foot building including a 900-car parking lot. As a subcontractor to the L. F. Driscoll Company, the Gordon Group was responsible for power distribution throughout the building, lighting and power in all common areas, life safety systems and parking lot lighting.

Battleship New Jersey Visitors Center
Completed in 2001 this visitor’s center and ticket sales office serves as the gateway to the historic battleship New Jersey. The Gordon Group was responsible for: Lighting, power, telecommunications wiring, fire alarm system, security system installation, lightning protection and point of sales wiring. We were a subcontractor to Anvil Construction Company.

The Pennsylvania Convention Center Expansion
Completed in 2011 the project expansion enlarged the convention facility by 793,000 square feet. As the only electrical contractor on the project we were responsible for all aspects of lighting, power, life safety and communications. We were a subcontractor to Keating Building Corporation.

The School District of Philadelphia Administration Building
Completed in 2004 we were responsible for the tenant fit out of this 4 story building which included a computer data center backed up by a 1,000KW generator and uninterruptable power system. We were a subcontractor to Turner Construction Company.
