The Pennsylvania Convention Center Expansion
Completed in 2011 the project expansion enlarged the convention facility by 793,000 square feet. As the only electrical contractor on the project we were responsible for all aspects of lighting, power, life safety and communications. We were a subcontractor to Keating Building Corporation.

Avenue of the Arts
Completed in phases between the years of 2008 to 2010 the project involved the installation of color changing LED lights on multiple buildings. All lighting was connected together thru a wireless link controlled from a single central location. We were a prime contractor to the Center City District of Philadelphia.

Completed in 2004 we were responsible for the tenant fit out of this 4 story building which included a computer data center backed up by a 1,000KW generator and uninterruptable power system. We were a subcontractor to Turner Construction Company.
