Completed in 2013 the Gordon Group was responsible for the furnishing and installing the 13,200 volt medium voltage equipment and 600 KW emergency generator that serviced the entire 660,000 square foot student housing, dinning and retail complex. We were also responsible for the lighting, power and fit out of the 10 story 674 bed midrise dorm building. We were a subcontractor to the L. F. Driscoll Company.
